I provide a safe place and support to help manage changes and challenges that life throws at us. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina who works with individuals 13 years old and up. I specialize in anxiety, but work with a variety of concerns and offer therapy that is directed towards completing your goals. I provide telehealth online counseling for the convenience of my clients.
My approach is eclectic to use what is most beneficial for each individual client, but is mainly based on cognitive behavioral therapy, which looks at how negative thinking and unhelpful behavioral patterns impact our emotions. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, which helps individuals who experienced trauma.
