I work through a decolonizing, intersectional lens to help adults and teens who are diagnosed or self diagnosed as neurodivergent, as well as individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, CPTSD, or general life transitions and stressors. I embrace differences in communication and self expression, rather than viewing differences as problems to be fixed.
I work with individuals, couples, triads and polycules who want to learn how to reach their goals using strengths based methods that work with their unique brain types. My goal is to help you understand why your brain works the way it does, and find tools to help you accommodate your needs and help you thrive.
