Do you find yourself often living anywhere but in the present moment? Missing the opportunity to savor and enjoy your life due to distractions from past traumas or future anxieties? Done with no longer serving and unhelpful coping habits and patterns? I collaborate with individuals and couples who wish to live most fully and skillfully in the here and now—leveraging evidence-based tools of reflection, reorientation, and resourcing to craft their vision of a most empowered, intentional, and joyful life.
Trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based practices my approach is collaborative and practical toward the building of a robust personal coping toolkit and increased self-awareness. We'll clearly identify your therapy goals and use evidence-based approaches to work toward accomplishing and sustaining them.
Therapy is your process, paced by you, and oriented toward your vision of well-being. I'm here to unconditionally support and encourage. Practicing what I preach, I know and am humbled by the strength and courage required to show up, do the work, heal, and grow through this process. I would be delighted to connect if you think I could be supportive.
