Hello!
My approach to therapy is rooted in person-centered and humanistic principles. This means I believe in your inherent ability to heal and grow, and that my role is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. I bring a warm, non-judgmental presence to our work together, and I aim to walk alongside you with curiosity and warmth as you explore your inner world.
I enjoy working with individuals who are curious about themselves and are looking to cultivate greater self-compassion, self-regulation, confidence, and a deeper sense of meaning in their lives. I believe that when we open ourselves to understanding who we truly are, we create the foundation for lasting transformation.
I listen deeply and reflect back what I hear, helping you make your own insights and connect the dots in ways that feel empowering. I believe that healing begins when we can shed light on the parts of ourselves that society, our families, or even we ourselves have deemed "unacceptable." Through curiosity and compassion, we can embrace these parts of us.

Reclaiming Seasonal Joy
The holidays can feel heavy with expectations—religion, consumerism, family obligations, or painful memories. Join us this November for a 3-week therapy process group designed for young adults who are ready to redefine what the holidays mean for them. We’ll look at the origins of the holidays- intended as a bright spot amidst the darkness of winter-and explore how those core elements can be brought back into our present-day experience. Through group conversation and therapeutic exploration, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others, share stories, and reshape your relationship with the holidays.
