Using an interdisciplinary and trauma-informed approach, I create a safe environment for diverse experiences and worldviews. My specializations include clinical neurobiology, cognitive neuroscience, EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), play and art therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
