About
Everyone deserves a life they can enjoy. Together, we can address the past and present to create an action plan that is tailored to your specific needs. When circumstances become challenging, and as purpose and meaning can lose their luster, having a reliable support system can make all the difference. With a background in assisting youth (ages 6-18), families, couples, and adults, I promise to provide quality care that is intentional and transformational.
Each person experiences the world differently and uniquely. I use a trauma-informed, humanitarian approach to create an environment that is welcoming, supportive, and safe for diverse worldviews. My specializations include EMDR, solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play/art therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
Using a strengths-based perspective, I believe that every person has distinctive gifts and talents which will help lay the foundation for the goals we set together. It is an honor working with individuals that experience anxiety, depression, family conflict, and trauma. Thank you for having the courage to ask for help. Supervised by Anna Kelton, LCSW.
