My therapy provides a safe experience to explore all that life throws your way and can help you get to know your inner world and feelings, providing quick focus and precise solutions.
I believe in curiosity and exploration of feelings devoid of judgement. It's not about fixing yourself or "beating yourself up", but learning ways to live the dreams you've always wanted to experience but felt stuck in a rut. I provide a safe, caring environment in which to get to know yourself better and clearly understanding and fixing upsetting dynamics.
I work in a manner that encourages understanding your past as a possible source for how you "show up" in the present. We will work together to understand the root of a problem, then break it into manageable pieces that promote hope, control, love, and compassion. I hope to have the honor of serving you.
