No new clients at this time. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 19 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. I believe that therapy should meet you wherever you are on life’s journey—in a caring, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
My approach is holistic, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit to help you move toward healing and growth. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and perinatal depression and anxiety, and also help clients work through grief and loss, relationship issues, divorce, self-esteem, LGBTQ+ concerns, life transitions, and emotional regulation.
I’ve completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and often integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and skills training into therapy, depending on your unique needs and goals.
Over the years, I’ve worked in community mental health, substance abuse programs, college counseling, and private practice—and also served in the Peace Corps in Uganda, which shaped my appreciation for cultural and individual diversity.
