I specialize in working with high-conflict couples, emotionally disconnected partners, and adults healing from childhood or adult trauma. Many of my clients struggle with anxious or avoidant attachment, repeated arguments that never feel resolved, or a deep sense of loneliness even while in a relationship. Others come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, shut down, or unsure how to trust themselves or others again.
My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and trauma-informed care. I am going to start weaving in EMDR into my practice. Together, we slow things down, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, and create space for safer connection as the basis for change. I value working with clients from a diverse background.
