My practice focuses solely on mothers and parents estranged from their adult children. I bring 25 + years of experience as a marriage and family therapist to my clients Family estrangement affects nearly 30% of families, myself included. It is a complex and painful experience for everyone involved. I offer assessments, coaching, consultations, and support groups. I work with clients to develop and implement strategies that facilitate communication, reconciliation, coping skills, and education. Because of my personal experience with family estrangement, I understand the issues and emotional toll it takes. Beyond my experience as a family therapist, this problem requires specialized knowledge and training. My services focus exclusively on families experiencing estrangement.

This is a 10 week support group for parents and grandparents experiencing estrangement from their adult child(ren) and/or grandchild(ren). The support group will meet weekly for 90 minutes. Groups will be limited to six participants to allow time for discussion. Each session will cover a relevant topic and then discussion/Q & A will follow. This group will be virtual.
