I have over 20 years of mental health experience with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, OCD and grief work. I specialize with tweens, teens and emerging adults as well as adults later in life making transitions.
I am a PhD candidate at The Institute for Clinical Social Work in Chicago, Illinois. My training is in Cognitive Behavior, Solution Focused and Psychodynamic Therapy and mindfulness techniques.
