Emotional abuse is not easily recognized and can keep you trapped for years in the same cycle. The gaslighting can cause you to question your own reality and those around you may not even see it. Trauma can wire your brain differently and most symptoms you are experiencing could be a trauma response. We will recenter your nervous system and explore childhood messages given to you that impact you still today

I frequently work with: Adults healing from narcissistic abuse and emotional manipulation Individuals navigating divorce, custody concerns, and high-conflict relationships Parents seeking support for children impacted by family transitions, ADHD, or school stress. Children and adolescents experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges related to trauma.

My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative. I help adults rebuild self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and reduce anxiety after abuse or relational stress. With children, I use play therapy and Sandtray to support emotional expression, coping skills, and stability, while guiding parents to create emotional safety at home.

Narcissistic Abuse Support Intensive

In this level 1 intensive you will devote 4 hours to learning what a Narcissist is and isn't. You will learn Why we end up with Narcissists, and the impact on our nervous system and attachment.
