Dr. Hunter is a Board Certified Forensic Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Washington and Arizona. In his forensic practice he provides forensic psychological evaluations and expert opinion for a broad range of criminal, civil and family law applications, including personal injury litigation, parenting evaluation in custody litigation and child protective matters, civil competencies such as testamentary capacity, and criminal competencies including Miranda competency, competency to stand trial, competency to confess, competency to testify, mitigation prior to sentencing, juvenile evaluations, and sanity.
