Using tools from various clinical background I offer integrated techniques from developmental psychology play, art therapy, Sand Tray therapy, Yoga/EDMR, Somatic EMDR, ISSA Certified Elite Trainer, Kickboxing, MI, FIT, integrating a bio-psych-social-spiritual clinical client centered approach for Camp Zama students and families, Japan.
Each person is unique and has various biological psychological social traits and characteristics that contribute to their response externally and internally. I facilitate a safe place to heal and assist clients who enroll in ASACS services to learn tools for mental health clinical support for all Camp Zama ID card holder ZMHS students and families.
