Are you a gay man navigating the challenges that can come with getting older?
Aging can bring changes in relationships, health, sexuality, independence, work, and our sense of purpose. For gay men, these experiences can also be shaped by a lifetime of experiences that others may not always understand. The loss of loves ones including family pets is a surreal time for us to navigate we don't need to go through it alone.
I provide a welcoming and affirming space for gay men and LGBTQ+ adults, particularly those 65 and older who are looking for an experienced gay therapist who accepts Medicare.
I work with concerns including, grief, anxiety, depression, loneliness, addiction, health related stress, aging, truama/PTSD, intimacy
My Approach is warm, direct, practical, and nonjudgemental. Therapy is a place where you can speak openly about your life and relationships without having to explain who you are.
I can see you in person in Palm Springs area (by the airport) in my warm welcoming office or we can do telehealth throughout California.

This is a Men's process group where men can come together to explore whatever they want to in a safe, comfortable office in Beverly Hills. There will be two Associates facilitating this group. Topics will be offered and issues will be explored. All group members will be screened to ensure suitability for group work.
