My ideal clients are adolescents, adults, and families who feel overwhelmed, emotionally dysregulated, or stuck in patterns that are no longer working. Many come in struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral challenges, or ongoing family stress. They are often at a point where what they have been doing is no longer effective. Using CBT, DBT, and ACT, we help them build practical skills to regulate emotions, improve decision-making, and strengthen relationships so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and stability.
