People often reach out to me because something about work no longer feels sustainable, meaningful, or aligned - even when things may look successful from the outside. Some feel stuck between several possible paths. Others are questioning a long-established career direction, struggling with work-related stress, or trying to make sense of recurring dissatisfaction at work. I also work with students and recent grads who want to make thoughtful career decisions early on rather than drifting into a path that doesn’t really fit.
My work combines psychological insight with structured career counseling and assessment. Depending on your situation, I use psychologically informed coaching and evidence-based assessment tools exploring areas such as interests, personality, values, work style, and occupational well-being.
