As a LMFT and a psychologist, I have years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. I have extensive training in DBT Skills Training, Mindful Awareness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which I am certified CBT therapist from Beck Institute. I have extensive professional experience working with anxiety, mood and personality disorders. I work with individuals, couples, families and teens.
