He wants practical support, honest feedback, and a space where he doesn’t have to perform. His goals are to improve communication, rebuild connection, manage stress, and feel more confident in who he is. He’s seeking clarity, balance, and a way forward—because continuing as he is no longer feels sustainable.

I’ve practiced clinical psychology since 1991 and specialize in working with men using a practical, case analysis approach. I focus on understanding the real issues and use evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to create clear, effective paths forward and support lasting change.

Many men carry stress, resentment, and frustration in silence, often feeling unappreciated at home or work. Over time, this can lead to unhealthy coping, disconnection, or anger. 2 groups are being offered. One in the office and the second via Telehealth. Members are encouraged to discuss their current life stressors, such as marriage, divorce, children, and work. The group will offer support, problem-solving, and education to help members overcome current obstacles and gain a new sense of mastery and competency. NOTE: HEALTH INSURANCE IS ACCEPTED!
