My name is Stephanie Norris and I am conveniently located in Centennial and Littleton! I utilize an integrative, individualized treatment approach, drawing from cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and family systems theories. As such, I believe in providing goal-directed treatment. This means that we develop treatment goals together, after a thorough assessment. All treatment is then planned around progressing toward the achievement of the established treatment goal(s). I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families tailoring each therapeutic session to meet the goals of each individual client. My practice focuses on offering the highest level mental health care in a collaborative, interactive, and confidential manner.
