Bienvenidos! As a Valley native, I have been in private practice since 1982 in Virginia and Texas. I work with clients above the age of 12 (and younger children in family therapy). I specialize in resolving depression and anxiety, and tackling marital problems relating to infidelity, intimacy, child rearing, midlife crisis, and communicating. When a client is motivated, I find that short-term therapy is often sufficient to effect significant positive changes, but I may see clients for longer periods when the problems are related to childhood wounds. I often use dream analysis to deepen our work, and to help in resolving trauma.
I work closely with several bilingual LPCs and LPC-Associates (whom I supervise) to provide a broad range of services through my practice. Please take a look at our website to see the individual pages of our associates.

As an LPC-Supervisor in Texas, I work with a group of LPC-Associates who receive supervision from me while they work with clients accruing counseling hours for licensure. Some of these LPC-Associates also see clients within my practice.
