My approach is grounded in Psychodynamic and Relational Theory. We will work together to understand your thoughts, emotions, early-life experiences, and beliefs to gain insight into your present-day problems and unhealthy patterns. I encourage you to speak freely about your desires and fears, so you can identify feelings and thoughts that you've pushed out of conscious awareness. As unconscious thoughts become conscious, you are better equipped to integrate new ways of acting, instead of remaining stuck in habitual ones. By practicing carefully and tactfully, we will take curative steps ahead.

My approach is to accompany my clients through extensive life changes. Discontent with the people and activities that once provided enjoyment, Relationship challenges and affairs, Sudden-onset illness, and Loss and grief. Managing in a healthy method is crucial.

Our shared goal is to create self-awareness and vision into the multifaceted components of all transitional experiences. Through self-discovery, you will be empowered to make informed decisions about your path forward. Please see our website for more information about our Teen Group, Young Women's Group, Women Supporting Women Group and Wellness Group.

Mental Wellness Support Group

Mental Wellness Support Group encourages you to return to a life that you care about. Mental health symptoms create challenges and cause barriers to fulfilling life goals. This group works to improve your moods through group collaboration. Members work to change their old ways of behaving in favor of new, more productive, healthier patterns, while suggesting topics that meet both individual needs and those of the entire group. Through this process, you come to understand tangible techniques to manage the multitude of issues that will surface during your lifetime. Thursdays at 6:00pm.

More about this group

Teen Support Group

While individual therapy remains an important component of our program, therapeutic work done in a group setting of one's peers, recognizes that during this phase in a teen's development they are most influenced by their peers. Because of this, teens tend to be more open and honest in groups, and more likely to identify with feelings and issues that they struggle to express. Topics range from depression, anxiety, medication management, peer pressure, bullying, emotional regulation, social skills, and self-esteem (Mondays at 4PM).
