I have 20+ years of experience working with and providing counseling to adults, adolescents, and children in the homes, at school, in inpatient facilities and hospitals, at outpatient facilities and with non-profit agencies. I provide services to individuals, couples, families and groups. I use Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused and Existential approaches to assist my clients in overcoming issues that cause them undue stress.
My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve your life challenges . I modify my techniques based on the individual needs of my clients.

Groups
Parenting, Anger Management and Substance Abuse
Treatment groups are offered throughout the week and focus on substance abuse, parenting and anger management. Groups are designed to assist you in arresting your addiction, improving your parenting skills and controlling your anger. Groups are a minimum of 10 weeks, depending on your referral source. Self-referrals are welcome. If you need assistance in any of these areas, please give me a call.
