About
We all face difficult challenges or situations that affect our way of life, who we are, and our social/family environments resulting in hurt, pain, depression, anxiety, feeling of grief/loss, and need to be validated and accepted. No one should go through these challenges alone as I meet you where you are in life's travels and assist you in navigating these difficulties with my years of experience and education. My practice includes individuals (children, adolescents, and adults), couples, and families. If you are looking for a supportive, non-judgmental counselor, give me a call.
I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults (and their families) with varying mental and behavioral issues such as anxiety, substance abuse, depression, anger management, and individuals suffering from PTSD. In working with families, I take a practical-relational systematic approach in aiding the family to work together as one complete group.
I've had an opportunity to work in an adolescent facility, substance abuse center, and community outreach providing mental and behavioral treatment to individuals and families. I offer flexible day/night hours for those with busy schedules. Need help navigating life's road? I look forward to traveling the path with you.
