I am uniquely trained as both a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist, allowing me to identify and treat underlying causes of distress. My background includes 3 postdoctoral fellowships, teaching, and published research. I combine depth-oriented psychotherapies, clinical psychology, neuroscience, & neuropsychology to provide precise treatments.
I use an integrative approach tailored to each individual’s history, personality, and goals. I treat the whole person. The focus is on clarity, self-understanding, and meaningful change across emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and relational patterns. "Walk with a Doc" occurs on Miami Beach sunrise or sunset. Nature is important for our overall health. We have the beautiful ocean view and will gather for 1-hour. We will do grounding "earthing" healings to release stagnate emotional energies trapped in the body, reduce inflammation, and trauma pain. We will Breathe and Be. The session will close with gratitude and positive affirmations of love, safety, resilience, & generosity.
