Walk with a Doc
Your physical health directly influences your mental health AND vice-versa. "Walk with a Doc" occurs on Miami Beach sunrise or sunset. Nature is important for our overall health. We have the beautiful ocean view and will walk for 1-hour. We will do other grounding "earthing" healings to release stagnate emotional energies trapped in the body, reduce inflammation, and trauma pain. We will Breathe and Be.
