About
Welcome! Are you a high achiever? Perfectionist? Highly anxious? Relationship issues? Struggle with Addiction? Everyone thinks you have it all together but deep down you’re drowning. You struggle with imposter syndrome, never feeling good enough, and feeling disconnected. These are some of the common symptoms associated with trauma. As a trauma specialist, I utilize evidence based methods to enable individuals and couples overcome the impact of painful life experiences or trauma. Imagine if your symptoms no longer controlled you. You feel safe and confident that you can face life challenges. You can create strong relationships.
Trauma can generate complicated and painful emotions. Unless these emotions are processed, they can become “stuck” in your body and mind. This unprocessed trauma can severely impact your physical health, mental health, career, relationships and more. The good news is…it’s never too late to heal from trauma! My goal is to create a safe space for you to do so.
I work with your deepest issues, but also help you discover and cultivate your innate strengths and personal greatness! My practice integrates mind, body, emotions and intention. I use a holistic psychotherapy approach combining Attachment Therapy, mindfulness, coupled with trauma modalities, such as EMDR, NARM and Somatic therapies.
