My eclectic form of Psychotherapy focuses on unresolved issues. to allow you to create an enriched life. I specialize in helping my clients work with their core shame and resulting issues such problems at work and relationships I am trained in EMDR which is recommended for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as well being trained to do inner child work. All these issues have unfortunately has probably given you a general feeling of anxiety, depression, and loss of zest in living. My own history has helped me discover the most effective techniques as well as compassion for your current struggle.
I will help you move past your wounds to develop life-enhancing attitudes and behaviors. I am trained in many modalities to help you achieve growth and happiness in your life goals. We can work though your past traumas as well as issues occurring in the present.
I believe that the relationship with the therapist is the most important factor in healing. I don't just listen, I am present, nurturing and active in helping you feel supported as you make changes.
