We all desire healthy and fulfilling relationships with ourselves and others. These relationships can add to our quality of life or take away from it if they are toxic or in need of repair. I provide a safe and warm space to help others heal, acquire, and maintain healthy relationships with themselves and others. I work with individuals, couples, and families to improve their communication, emotional intelligence, boundaries and roles with the people in their world.
I specialize in relationship repair and redesign, self-compassion and transitional issues. I am also a licensed clinical supervisor and offer supervision to LGPC's in the state of Maryland.
I understand how challenging it can be to maintain a healthy relationship with others. We want love, respect, fun, intimacy, and someone to build a future.
