My approach as a clinician is warm, supportive and direct. My orientation is psychodynamic. I provide a safe, professional environment for clients to explore the issues that are causing their difficulty in achieving happiness, goals and objectives. Realizing that people have many roles in their life and need balance, I teach coping skills and how to deal with everyday stresses and relationships. The goal is to bring balance to one's sense of self.
Adults: relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression Couples: improve communication, fulfilling relationship. Children: birth-12 years old, with & without special needs. Divorce: To cope with changing roles and life situation. Learning to move forward letting go of anger.
