Dr. Levenson is a Clinical Health Psychologist with expertise and specialized interest in maternal mental health. She specializes in individual therapy with women throughout the perinatal period, from pre-pregnancy to early parenthood. Psychotherapy centers on issues such as fertility/infertility, anxiety and depression, pregnancy loss, co-parenting, adjustment to parenthood, and work-life balance. Utilizing specialized knowledge and training in both pregnancy and the IVF process, Dr. Levenson offers support and assistance with decision making every step of the way. Dr. Levenson provides in person treatment on the UWS of Manhattan. She is fluent in many models of individual therapy, including psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. Most importantly, treatment is person-centered, meaning we will construct together a plan to address your specifically goals.
