My approach integrates neuroscience, trauma-informed care, DBT, and CBT to restore balance, focus, and resilience. I’m intentional about providing culturally responsive, affirming care for men, POC, survivors of childhood trauma, BPD, PD, and LGBTQ+ clients.
I help clients rebuild trust in themselves, improve relationships, and regain control after trauma or stress. Using brain-based, trauma-informed methods like CBT, EMDR, DBT, I teach practical tools for regulation, focus, & communication. Forensic counseling for court-ordered-therapy clients and foster or adoptive families navigating complex family systems.
