I am a graduate of Argosy University, where I completed my Doctorate of Education in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Substance Abuse Treatment. My dissertation, "Barriers in Substance Abuse Treatment for Women", highlighted the difficulties women experience in seeking Substance Abuse treatment, and how to overcome these barriers to successful treatment outcomes. Also a graduate of Trinity University in Washington, DC, I earned a Masters in Community Counseling.
I have over 20 years of experience; providing quality Mental Health and Substance Abuse services to individuals in both individual and group therapy.
