Let’s be honest…living life is hard and adulting is even harder. As a Licensed Psychologist, Board Certified in Clinical Health Psychology, my care involves a holistic approach to identify, address, and overcome life's challenges. Personally, I identify as a wife, mother, daughter, employee, and entrepreneur wearing many hats just like you. So, I understand trying to pursue work-life integration and am passionate about supporting the working professional trying to “do it all” and live life without limits WHILE managing depression, anxiety, medical problems, low self-esteem, boundary concerns, parenting, or workplace stressors.

I utilize brief therapy interventions (solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy) infused with coaching techniques to tackle concerns that bother you. I understand the frustration of feeling stuck and needing someone to help you push past the pain to reach your full potential.

My treatment plan is designed to shift you outside of your comfort zone into a mindset to stress...less.
