Do you spend too much time thinking about the past? Do you experience so much anxiety that it interferes with your daily life? You're not alone. Many of my clients come to me struggling with trauma and anxiety. Others are frozen by depression. You may feel shame or guilt about what you've been through. I know that feeling can overwhelm you and make it hard just to get out of bed each day. I also know that with the right help, you can feel better. Once my clients are able to make peace with the past, they experience freedom and relief. By processing trauma using brain-body approaches, they can start living again.
When you’re ready to get started, I’ll meet you where you’re at. Once you feel safe, we’ll work on understanding and releasing the past. I use modalities to help with trauma and anxiety, including A.R.T ( Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and Brainspotting. These approaches combine your mind and body experiences, to help you heal from the inside out.
I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space, where you can be accepted and heard. My goal is to provide you with the tools and resources you need to live a more fulfilled life, finally free from the past.
