At Beautiful Balance PLLC, I work with individuals and couples seeking authentic, fulfilling relationships and a deeper sense of balance in their lives. I specialize in affirming therapy and coaching for LGBTQIA+, polyamorous/non-monogamous, and kink/BDSM communities, offering a space where clients feel understood without needing to explain their identities or relationship structures. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I support clients in healing, strengthening communication, and building healthier connections. I am also a Texas board-approved supervisor for LMSWs and currently welcome new virtual supervisees.
We offer strengths-based, solution-focused therapy for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, racial trauma, and self-esteem. We provide a sex-positive, queer-affirming space welcoming open conversations about sexuality, kink, alternative relationships, and authentic self-expression.
We strive to create a healing space that promotes growth and change for clients. I hope to connect with those who feel alone, unheard, or rejected by society. Healing and mental stability are attainable with just a little help.
