Health is "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." With purpose to link behavioral risk factors to outcomes so that early interventions can begin, we (Populations and Interventions Teams Company, PITC) address correlated conditions. We strive to make client experiences less complicated and complete considering the lack of transportation in our rural areas using evidence based public health practices and behavioral health practice modalities. We collaborate with clients to achieve treatment goals that would result in improved health outcomes.

At PITC, we provide interventions for disability and mental illness (ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Depression, Schizophrenia, Substance use, Autism, etc.) with other chronic conditions such as Hypertension, HIV, Asthma, Diabetes, Pain, High Cholesterol and Hepatitis. We administer pych evals with reports, BIP, Therapy and Skill building.

We are a one stop behavioral health practice. We apply the use of public health theoretical concepts as well as behavioral health competencies in order to assure early interventions with complete treatment. We address not only mental illness but also other conditions and illnesses. We welcome all cultures and genders. We look forward to speaking with you.
