As a licensed (bilingual English/Spanish) clinical psychologist specializing in trauma (PTSD, CPTSD, intergenerational), I made it my life’s mission to decrease stigma around mental health and promote healing and empowerment for the communities I serve. People I work with feel more empowered and in control of their lives, gain insight on the past, and build toward a sense of safety, authenticity, and balance in the future.
