About
Are you feeling stuck, but knowing you want something to be different? Are you going through a life transition-- in relationships, identity, parenthood, work-- and need some support in navigating these changes? I work with clients who are wanting something to change-- whether it is how you feel about yourself, your relationships, or in how you are experiencing your everyday life. Working with and affirming all clients, I honor client strengths and history-- offering support, expertise, and hope in creating change. Significant change is created through intentional efforts on a daily basis--let's start one step at a time.
My M.S. and Ph.D in Marriage and Family therapy, combined with my publications, presentations, and research, have given me significant training and clinical experience. My approach is one that is respectful, compassionate, and collaborative, and balanced with an active role in providing support, practical feedback, and using evidence-based interventions.
Real change is possible. Healthy, loving relationships are possible. A more confident, skilled, resilient you is possible. I'm here to help you figure out what you need, what you want, and how to start moving in a new direction of living and loving. I invite you to email me and start the process. I would be honored to be part of your therapeutic journey.
