About
I have been working with children, families, and couples for 12 years. I have a passion for working with children in particular, as I believe helping a child in early life changes the course of their development. I specialize in play therapy, sand therapy, Theraplay, and couple therapy.
I specialize in working with children and adults with a variety of issues, including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce/separation, ADHD, behavioral problems, and families with disabilities. I believe that every family is unique and strong, and I value the perspective of every member.
I have had extensive training in working with couples and families, and I believe that the best treatment often involves a combination of the two. I bring a playful lens to my work with children and adults, and I believe that creativity and therapeutic change go hand in hand.
