Hi! I am a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in California & Maine. I teach strategies for emotional resilience and healing from traumatic experiences. Specializing in complex trauma, I am the clinical supervisor of a San Diego safe house for human trafficking, GenerateHope.

I teach vital concepts from CBT and DBT therapies to have improved mood and more effective mindset and behavior. I specialize in eating disorder, substance use, and trauma treatment to help you experience a recovered life. I also offer a faith-based recovery group, First Fruits Recovery.
