As a licensed doctoral-level psychologist and a published author, I specialize in developing creative potential and in developing and maintaining a balanced lifestyle with healthy relationships. I've helped people to complete writing projects, to adapt to new relationships and jobs, or to cope with illness or the loss of a relationship. I am uniquely equipped to help with issues of discrimination such as LGBT and disability. As a graduate of Howard University, I have a deeper understanding of minority issues. Using a combination of approaches, I treat adults, couples and families. I also run groups.
For writers, artists, actors and others interested in developing or maintaining their creative potential, I help to break through artistic blocks, to identify blind spots that obstruct the advancement of a project, to balance success and/or failure, and to cope with anxiety, depression, or addictions.
