Searching for hope and healing from experiencing the trauma of betrayal, infidelity, compulsive sexual behavior, or relationship distress? Lasting, long-term recovery requires guidance. Individually, are you experiencing anxiety or depression in the current context of the Coronavirus? With a focus on your context, experience, and emotion, I specialize in deconstructing your presenting issues to clarify specific problems that you desire to change or respond to. I offer services by video conferencing, phone, and in-person. With similarly qualified colleagues, we offer collaborating therapists for each partner and for the relationship.
I specialize in helping individuals and relationships reconcile and recover from infidelity, compulsive sexual behaviors, pornography addiction, marital conflict, and parenting problems. I treat anxiety, depression, anger management, and substance addictions. I help blended and divorced families navigate custody, co-parenting, and parental alienation.
These services incorporate a trauma-awareness perspective of problem development and treatment for recovery. As a Christian, I am experienced and open to including your spiritual/faith perspective in treatment with or without any emphasis on Christianity or on any particular denomination. I have a perspective of God's design for success if you desire it.

Professional Connections

Full disclosure, Dr. Mark White is my father. Despite that fact (haha), I fully endorse him as the go-to therapist in town for couples who are trying to reconcile their relationship. He has helped some of the most desperate and hopeless couples to not just stay together but, to reconnect, reconcile, release unforgiveness, and rebuild trust. His is not a model you will find anywhere else and it works. The couples who come in and follow his guidance will often find themselves in a place they did not think possible, living an abundant life and experiencing oneness with their partner. Seriously, if you and your partner are facing separation or divorce and you've only got one shot to get it right, please see Dr. Mark White.
