I provide virtual Psychotherapy to clients, practicing professionals and Supervision to Registered Interns. I work with clients who are struggling with post-COVID-related stress, depression, fear, general stress, anxiety, and Chronic Illness such as Dementia and Cancer. My focus is present-centered, strength-based therapy and I provide you with tools that you will be able to use in your everyday life. I am a trained Gestalt Therapist and work in the here and now with wellness and solution-focused intention. I believe that 'if nothing changes, nothing changes,' so therapy is crucial to your health and to the health of others.
Having worked my entire professional career in facilities and hospitals, I became familiar with working with the Physicians and staff who are experiencing compassion fatigue/burn out. In today's world with post-COVID-related issues, professionals need therapy, tools, and coping skills more than ever.
Weekly or bi-weekly therapy helps professionals manage compassion fatigue/burnout. I want to help those helping patients/others to stay healthy mentally and physically. I also want to help get more practicing mental health counselors into the field by supervising Registered Interns.
