I work with people who feel different. Maybe you have an autism, ADHD, or OCD diagnosis (including self-diagnosis) or you simply describe yourself as "weird." My work as a psychologist isn't to make you "normal," it's to help you feel less stuck. Working with me is about understanding who you are and the life that you are building for yourself. From there, I can support you to gain clarity about your path ahead, understand yourself more compassionately, and develop psychological skills that help you thrive on your own terms.

In my work I combine executive functioning coaching, somatic and mindfulness-based skills, and dedicated space to explore the things that are harder to talk about: family and romantic relationships, PTSD and childhood trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety and anger. I am also trained to provide DBT for emotion regulation, and both ICBT and ERP for OCD treatment.

This in-person group offers a supportive environment where you can talk openly about the unique ways ADHD shows up in your life, from the daily challenges of managing time, tasks, and the deeper struggles around self-worth, relationships, and career. We'll explore topics like managing emotional intensity, dealing with rejection sensitivity, overcoming shame, requesting school/work accommodations, and finding strategies and that actually work with your brain rather than against it.
