Life is hard. However, when you feel isolated, confused, scared, or overwhelmed, life can feel unbearable. For many of us, we’ve tried to navigate through these hard times alone, because we’ve had to, or because we’re too independent to ask for help. In my practice I focus on neurodivergence (gifted, ADHD, Autism), OCD and anxiety, PTSD and childhood trauma. I can help you 1) build better relationships, 2) learn how to regulate your emotions more effectively, 3) sharpen your executive functioning skills 4) recover from autistic burnout and, 5) make sense of a recent diagnosis (including self-diagnosis).
