I am a holistic therapist with an unique set of skills, experiences and training to discern my client's needs. I have over 25 years of professional experiences in mental health and coaching. I will meet the needs of my clients with discretion and diligent. My counseling methodology is common sense approach of cognitive-behavioral and reality therapies. I enjoyed working with all people from all areas of life. I like to work with people who is challenged by depression, anxiety, lack of motivation, hurting and hopeless. I am recently working with tennis players (kids and adults) to enhance their performance.
