Others are seeking support as they cope with stressful situations at home and work, life transitions, or a significant loss. Often, I assist my clients to learn to manage difficult emotions or disruptive symptoms. Together, we explore what is in the way of having a fuller life and satisfying relationships.

I specialize in providing culturally-competent individual psychotherapy for adults in English and/or Spanish. I offer these services via telehealth to residents of Ohio, Florida, and PSYPACT participating states (go to psypact.site-ym.com for a list of participating states).
