As a licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family, I treat a number of problem areas including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and stressful life transition changes. I specialize in providing therapy to those struggling with depression, anxiety, and I welcome anyone in need of therapy for other emotional and psychological issues. My approach is individualized to your needs and personal goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other research-based approaches to support symptom resolution and self-understanding. I work in both short-term and long-term contexts depending on the patient’s needs and preferences.
