Life can get difficult sometimes and leave you feeling vulnerable, anxious or sad. Seeking support can make all the difference. Change does not happen overnight but I am confident that with consistency and motivation, we can get there by collaboratively working together. I strongly believe that each of us have the power to change and create the life that we want. The answers to your problems are already within you, you just need to know how to access them. My goal is to help guide you through your self-discovery, work with you to set goals and teach coping strategies
My area of expertise is working w/ transitional youth becoming adults as well as children and their families. Some areas include managing conflict, life transitions and changing negative thought patterns/habits. I have a diverse background, by having experiencing working in schools, methadone clinics, juvenile probation camps, universities and group homes.
As a licensed LMFT and LPCC, I also have additional expereince with providing psychological evaluations, testing, diagnostic clarification (upon request of psychiatrist) and immigration evaluations. I am a doctor in psychology graduate and Registered Psychological Associate under the direct supervision of Dr. Jennifer Thom, licensed psychologist.
